Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Prelimo paid plans (Pro), operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name]. It is required for payment activation and is not legal advice.
Paid plans are not yet active
At present Prelimo Pro is not on sale — the daily quiz and current- affairs reading are free to everyone. The terms below take effect when paid plans launch.
Plans & billing (when active)
Pro will be offered as a monthly or annual subscription, billed in advance through our payment processor (Razorpay). The price shown at checkout is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal.
- On cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period; it is not auto-extended.
Refunds
- Cooling-off: a refund of the most recent payment if requested within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 7] days of that charge and you have not substantially used Pro-only features in that period.
- Service failure: if Pro is materially unavailable due to our fault for a sustained period, contact us for a pro-rated refund or credit.
- Partial periods after the cooling-off window are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 5–7] business days.
